Maaya Sakamoto: Maaya Sakamoto is Hitomi’s Japanese voice actress and a wonderful singer. In fact, she sang most of the songs featured in Escaflowne. She was only 15 years old when she did the voice of Hitomi, the same age as Hitomi in the series, which made her acting seem more believable. Other roles include:
Leaf-Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight
Riho Yamaki- Night Walker
Suu-Clover
The Nothingness Card-Card Captor Sakura Second Movie
Stella-Cowboy Bepop
This is, by no means, a complete list. ^_^ If you would like to know every single role Maaya has done, and oodles of other information, you can go to a wonderful Maaya site: Mystic Voice Sanctuary.

Kelly Sheridan: She is Hitomi’s English voice actress and a darn good one, in my opinion. She began voice acting when she was 13 and has been involved in it for 11 years. She’s done numerous roles besides Hitomi and primarily does work for Ocean Studios in Vancouver.
